WESTOVER - Funeral services for Susan Kay Wallis Martin, 56, were Sunday, March 14, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Harpersville. Bro. Wayne Lowe, and Bro. David Roberts officiated. Interment was in Macedonia North Cemetery, Vincent. Mrs. Martin died March 11, 2010. She was born in Sylacauga, a 1972 graduate of Vincent High School and attended Jacksonville State University, employed by Southern Company for 36 years, and a member of Church of Brook Hills of Birmingham. Survivors are her husband, Lowell Nelson Martin; son, Seth Nelson Martin; daughter, Shae Nicole Martin (Andre) McKinney; mother, Kate F. Wallis of Harpersville; brother, Jeffery Lamar (Nancy) Wallis of Harpersville; two sisters, Diane Wallis (George) Martin of Cypress, Calif., and Kathy Wallis of Harpersville; two grandchildren, Lance and Aiden.
