Mrs. Mina Mae Jones - STATESBORO - Mrs. Mina Mae Jones, 81, passed into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. She was a Bulloch County native and a homemaker. She was a member of Beautiful Zion Baptist Church in Pembroke, Georgia, where she served as a Deaconess and President of the Senior Choir. She was a member of the gospel group Genesis. She leaves to cherish fond memories to six daughters, Mary Washington, Louise (Ernest) Campbell, Roselean Hagins, Hilda Stewart, and Geraldine Jones all of Statesboro, GA, and Ellen Taylor of Atlanta, GA; four sons, J P (Joan) Jones, Winton Jones, Levon (Mae) Jones, and Ronnie (Diane) Jones all of Statesboro, GA; one brother, E J Rawls of Covington, Tennessee, a host of other relatives and friends. Family visitation will be held on Saturday from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Robena Raymond Memorial Chapel at Craig R. Tremble and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Beautiful Zion Baptist Church in Pembroke, Georgia. Rev. Craig R. Tremble, eulogist.
