He was born July 18, 1924. Mike proudly served as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps during WWII. He owned Davis Window Cleaning with his father and was a Rockville Centre, NY policeman. He is predeceased by Eleanor, his sweetheart of 58 hearts and his sister, Helen. Mike is survived by his 3 children, Michael (Gloria) Davis, Gail (Greg) Egnatuk, Kenneth (Karen) Davis; 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth Davis, Leland (Brandy) Kinkade, Emily Davis, Rosemary (Darryl) Martin, Christopher (Rachel) Davis, Grace Ann Davis, Mickey Davis and Kelsey Davis; 5 great-grandchildren and one more on the way, Nathaniel and Madelynn Kinkade, Kain and Gabriel Martin and Anthony VanWinkle; brother-in-law, Larry (Theo) Ferguson. Mike has many nieces and nephews, friends and golf buddies. He was a devout Catholic who loved his family and was always there to offer help and support. He will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held Jan. 15, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at 280 Mariner Boulevard. Funeral Mass will be held Jan. 16, 2015 at 9:30 am at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
