Davis, Michael Kay, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2003. He was a kind, loving, gentle man. Born in Arkansas, he lived in Ft. Lauderdale since early childhood. He graduated from North Carolina University and the University of Florida and served in the Air Force. He came back to Ft. Lauderdale to practice law until retirement in 1996. He participated as a coach of the Ft. Lauderdale Boys Football League at Holiday Park in the 60's and 70's, served on the Judicial Nominating Committee in the 80's and presently served on the Broward County Historical Commission. Darlene, his daughter, her husband Lars, grandson Sterling and Mike's wife of 32 years, Karen, will remember a remarkable man and be grateful for the time he shared with them each.
