Maureen Elizabeth Morris (Flood), 68, of Plymouth, passed away at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth on May 27. Beloved wife of Gary Morris of Plymouth, loving mother of William J. Morris of Plymouth, Gary Morris Jr. and his wife Lauren of Lynn, stepmother of Keith Morris and Peter Morris both of Wakefield, Debra Lee Carmody of Lowell. Sister of Richard Flood of Plymouth, Robert Flood and his wife Lynn of Kingston, and the late William J. Flood Jr., and Kathleen Flood. She also leaves 2 grandchildren Lyla and Eva Morris of Lynn, and several nieces and nephews. Maureen was born in Boston the daughter of William and Mary (Egan) Flood. She grew up in Randolph and graduated from Randolph High School and went to Massasoit College for 2 years and received an AS. Degree from there. She worked as a hairdresser at Russell Edwards in Randolph, Fantastic Sams in Pembroke and Theresas Hair say in Rockland. Visiting hours were held at the Richard Davis Funeral home, 619 State Road (Rte 3A), Plymouth, (Manomet) on Thursday, May 30, 4 to 7 p.m. A prayer service was held on Friday, May 3, at 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home In lieu of flowers, donations in Maureens memory may be made to the Lupus Foundation of MA, 40 Speen St. Suite 205, Framingham, MA 01701-1898.
