Mary Willoughby, 94, of Beaver Dam, Ky., mother of Juanita Dukes and husband, Bill, of Decatur died Sunday in Hartford, Ky. She was born Jan. 15, 1911, in Ohio County, Ky., to the late James L. Chinn and Katie Render Chinn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ples Willoughby. She is survived by three sons, Gerald Willoughby and his wife, Leona, Kenneth Willoughby and his wife, Frances, and Larry Willoughby and his wife, Margie, all of Beaver Dam, Ky.; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Danks Funeral Home. Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 8 and Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
