Baby Mary affectionately known as "Jeanella" was born February 5, 2014, at Tampa General Hospital, Tampa, FL. She died February 22, 2014. No visitation, no service. She leaves to cherish the loving memories of her brief life, father, Carl L. Collins, mother, Jeanee C.
