WILSON, Mary Ethel. 1932-2004. Passed away suddenly at her St. Patrick's Square apartment in Montreal on August 4, 2004. Mary spent most of her life in Montreal, where she was a special education teacher for many years. Her interest in learning disabilities was inspired by her nephew Michael's challenges. She was also a life long member of the Montreal West United Church and was very active in the I.O.D.E., among other organizations. Mary will be greatly missed by her only brother Bill and his wife Micaela of Calgary, and also by her two nephews, Michael of Calgary and David and his wife Susan James of Vancouver. Funeral service will be celebrated at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Chapel, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella), on Monday, August 9, 2004 at 2 p.m. and will be followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal West United Church (88 Ballantyne, Montreal, H4X 2B8) or to the Progressive Alternatives Society of Calgary (Suite 500, 100 Center St. N., Calgary, Alberta, T2E 7W6) would be appreciated.
