Mary Elizabeth Walker Bourgeois, age 66 years, on Friday, June 3, 2005 at East Jefferson General Hospital of cancer. She was the Coordinator of the Fellowship Program in the Department of Pediatrics Pulmonology at Tulane University Medical School. A native of New Orleans, she graduated from Alcee Fortier High School. Daughter of the late Mayme Bond Anderson and Houston Walker. Mother of Mark Bourgeois of McLean, VA and Mary Ann Bourgeois of Metairie. Sister of Houston Walker of New Orleans and the late James Walker. Also survived by three grandchildren, Andrew, Peter and Genevieve Bourgeois. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 724 Camp Street, on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. Interment will be in St. Michaels Church Cemetery, Convent, La.
