MORRIS, Mary Cadence (nee Bailey) Born in Brandon, Manitoba, and passed away gently while on vacation in California on May 11, 2010. After retirement from Sears in Burnaby, she and her husband, Bill settled on Pender Island and enjoyed life on Island for seventeen years. Mary joined many organizations on Pender and was very involved in volunteer work, along with boating and extensive travel. Left to mourn and forever miss her is her husband of 56 years, Bill; two children, Steven (Lynne) and Barbara; three grandchildren Brittany, Maxwell and Hanna. Also survived by a loving extended family and many close friends. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, May 27 at 1:30pm, at the Pender Island United Community Church. Flowers gratefully declined. A donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Mary's name would be much appreciated. 590070
