MOUNDVILLE Mary Alice Davis, age 85, of Moundville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville with Rev. Don Smith and Rev. Scott Stevens officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing.She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Unice; her daughters, Linda Jones (Frank) of Charlotte, N.C. and Rosa Beck (Robert) of Tuscaloosa; her sister, Margaret Davis (Roy) of Moundville; her sisters-in-law, Ozella Beckham of Moundville and Kathleen Davis of Moundville; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.Mary loved her family dearly and she shared her wonderful sense of humor with family and friends. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.Pallbearers will be Robert Beck, Frank Jones, Joe Abernathy, Macon Beckham, Eunice Bibby, and Robert L. Donaldson.Honorary pallbearers are Donald Ray Beckham, Ben Mills, Dorcas Sunday School Class, and Marlar Men's Sunday School Class.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Moundville Baptist Church, 150 5th Ave., Moundville, AL 35474.
