CUMBERLAND, MARJORIE ELEANOR Marjorie Eleanor (Jackson) passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at her home in Little Ridge, NB. Born in Mayfield on May 2, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Hulda Jackson. Wife of the late G. Lawrence Cumberland, she is survived by her daughters, Sharon McMorran (Jim) of Lincoln, NB, Marilyn Steen of Fredericton, NB and son Eldon Cumberland (Bonnie) of Little Ridge, NB. Grandchildren are Debbie Mack (Dave), Carol Ann Hatheway (Dan), Marilyn Johnston (Peter), Larry McMorran (April Clark), Brian Cumberland and Krista McGlinchey (Jeff). Also survived by eight great grandchildren, four sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Harvard, Arthur and Everett Jackson and sisters Louise Ryder and Phyllis Jackson. Her tin brother died at birth. Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main street. St. Stephen, NB from where funeral service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2005 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Peter Atkinson officiating. Interment at Scotch Ridge Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
