MANNEN, Marilyn Charlotte (nee Anderson) - It is with great sadness that her family announces the passing of Marilyn, at the Stedman Community Hospice on Tuesday, July 10th, 2007, in her 71st year. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Mannen. Loving mother of Judy (Bill), Janet (Bill), Dan, Terry, (Maureen) and Martin (Candy). Devoted grandmother of Cameron, Caitlin and Connor Laidlaw, Jennifer (Steve) and Laura Mannen, David and Megan Mannen, and Samantha Mannen, and her great-grandson Damian Mannen. She is survived by her sister Alice (Bill) Elliott, sisters and brothers-in-law Lillian Mannen, Norma Abbott, Ralph and Faye Mannen and Betty Mannen. Predeceased by her sister Marie Dawson. She will also be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and many close friends. “Play On“ Bridge group. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 3:00 p.m. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated.
