-><!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Margaret PetersMillbrook - Margaret M. Peters, a resident of Millbrook, passed peacefully on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Vassar Brothers Hospital. Born in New York, she was the daughter of Patrick and Mary Horan Brogan. She married the love of her life, George Kenneth Peters in 1950. "Peg" and "Ken" were inseparable; their dedication to each other was an inspiration to all who came to know them. Peg enjoyed her nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews and celebrated each of their achievements. Peg and Ken were dedicated parishioners at St. Francis of Assisi in Metuchen, NJ and later at The Church of St. Joseph in Millbrook, NY.Margaret is survived by her husband Ken; her brother, William Brogan; her nieces, Karen Peters, Sandra Sweetser and her husband William, Brigid Nussbickel and her husband Wayne as well as her nephews Patrick Brogan, Brendan Brogan and his wife Heidi; and many grand nieces and nephews as well as great grand nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her three brothers; the Reverend Edward P. Brogan, John Brogan and Thomas Brogan; one sister, Cecelia Brogan, and a grand nephew, Michael Brogan. The family expresses its enormous gratitude to Hafsatu Ali for the loving care she has provided to Peg and Ken.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 24 at the Church of St. Joseph, 15 North Avenue, Millbrook. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers. Arrangements have been entrusted to Allen Funeral Home, 3270 Franklin Ave., Millbrook.
