She was born October 31, 1943 in Jacksonville, FL.She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 29 years, David Arthur Milligan.Margaret received her Certificate of Completion for Traffic Management and worked for the Department of Traffic and Management. She was a member of the Women's Pensacola Bowling League for 20 years and had bowled a "600" game. She lived in Japan for 3 years during her life and had climbed Mt. Fuji in 1978.Margaret is survived by her father, William Wright, of Jacksonville, FL; siblings, Brenda, of Fairview, OK, and Connie, Michelle, Eugene and Billy Jr. all of Jacksonville, FL; and stepdaughter, Andrea Greybill of Orange Park, FL.The family will receive friends for visitation from 10:30-11:30am Monday, February 4, 2008 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 11:30am.
