Mrs. Mabell Hall Holmes - GARDEN CITY - Mrs. Mabell Hall Holmes, 92 passed away July 19, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of Bulloch County, and spent most of her adult life in Savannah. She was a consummate matriarch of the family. She was a faithful member of South Valley Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's Board, Usher, and Pastor's Aid Board. A member of the Woodville Community Center. Surviving are her daughters, Tasha Anderson, Emma (Arthur) Harley, Shirley (London) Grayson; sons, Carnell (Emma) Holmes, Jackie Holmes, Daniel (Doreen) Holmes, Michael (Frances) Holmes, Tony Holmes, Jasper (Jacqueline) Pringle; brother, Leamon Hall, 34 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
