HARRIS, Louise Ellen died peacefully on Sept. 21, 2012 surrounded by her family and friends. Born in Skaneateles, NY July 10, 1932, Mom worked many jobs over her life to provide for her family. She was active to the end and loved life. Mom is predeceased by her parents Arthur and Margaret Harris, sister Edna and brother Don. Survived by daughters, Kathy and Richard Phillips and Deborah Newell; son Frederick Allard Jr.; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Marion Jesse.
