DAVIS, Lois HillJune 30, 1954-January 29, 2011. Beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend. Predeceased by parents, Thomas Landis Hill and Lois Beasley Hill. Survived by children, Courtney York (Nate), Adam Davis, and Franklin Davis, father, of her children; brothers and sisters, Myra Bryant (Marvin), C.T. Hill (Lagena), Peggy Pinnell (Bill), Beverly Hill, Gaius Hill (Sherry) and Sheila Hill; fourteen nieces and nephews and nine great nieces and nephews. Lois was a lifelong resident of Nashville. She was a graduate of Madison High School, and attended UT Knoxville and UT Martin. Her fighting spirit never failed her even after surviving three major heart surgeries in four years with unbelievable bravery. She died unexpectedly while visiting in Charleston, So. Carolina. Final arrangements are pending.
