-> Mrs. Lillie Mae Jefferson Harris, age 86 entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 26, 2005 at St. Joseph/Candler Hospital. She was a member of Connor's Temple Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Joseph Calvin Harris, Sr. and the daughter of the late James Early Jefferson and the late Sadie Mae Barney Jefferson. She leaves to cherish her loving memories, her daughter Sadie L. Harris Williams Miller, Savannah, son Joseph C. Harris, Jr. (Jessie) of Englewood, NJ, one brother, Fred J. Jefferson (Lillie), one sister Gloria J. Smith (Willie), a sister-in-law Ruby L. Harris, Chicago, IL, seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service for Mrs. Harris will be held Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Second Arnold Baptist Church. Rev. Tony Reddick, Officiating. Burial: Hillcrest Abby West Cemetery.
