PrincipalAUBURNDALE -- Mr. Lee Ray Smith of Auburndale died Tuesday (July 5, 2005) of heart failure at Good Shepherd Hospice. He was 81.He came to Auburndale from Hindman, Ky., in 1981. He was a retired school principal in Hindman.Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Zelma Smith; daughters, Paula Howard, Kenova, W.Va., Kathy Tipton, Lakeland; son, Johnny Keith Smith, Muscatine, Iowa; and brother, J. Garland Smith, Hazard, Ky.Services will be in Hindman. Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale.
