He is survived by his mother, Eileen Carter of Lacoochee; two sons, Larry (Angel) Carter and Mark (Amy) Carter, both of Seffner, Fla.; four grand-childien, Seth, Elaine, Rachel and Sara; and three sisters, Charlene (Eulan) Dean of Lacoochee, Brenda (James) Campbell of Dade City, Fla., and Margie (Ken) Keith of Zephyrhills, Fla. A graveside service took place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Chapel Hills Gardens, Dade City.
