SMITH Keith Van Smith, Sr., 56, passed away Thursday October 24, 2002. The Jacksonville native was a welder for Dixie Tank Corp for several years. He is predeceased by a son, Keith Van Smith, Jr., and is survived by his wife Faye Smith; daughter, Tina Louise Smith and her fiance, Gene Faulk; son, John W. (Leslie) Smith; a brother, Richard (Alice) Smith; granddaughter, Amanda Faulk; niece and nephew, Kimberly & Bryan Smith. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 26th (TODAY) at Restlawn Memorial Park.
