Winterville - Mrs. Kathryn "Kitty" Davis, 96, of Winterville and formerly a resident of Lake Charles, La., died June 11, 2011.She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Jack Davis, as well as her four sisters and brothers, several nieces and nephews, and her beloved son-in-law, Marty Dufour.She is survived by her daughters, Sandy (Charles) Mims, of Athens, and Judy Dufour, of Mauldin, S.C.; grandchildren, David Mims, Shelley (J.R.) Martin, Julie (Scott) Hunter, Kathy (David) Beach, and Laurie (Scott) Soenen; and great-grandchildren, Grant, Paige, Tate, Knox, Rhett, and Delia.A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
