MACMILLAN, Kathleen Edith (nee Wilson) Passed away at the St. Patrick's Home of Ottawa October 29th, 2009 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Alexander "Alec" MacMillan. Cherished mother of Don (Peggy), Brian (Patti) and Mike (Donna). Loving grandmother of Mike, Ali, Beth, Cathy, Paul, Trevor, Meeka, Jodi and Sarah. Great-grandmother of seven. Survived by her sister Phyllis Neill and predeceased by her siblings Lyle Wilson and Peggy Poole. Remembered by her sisters-in-law Pearl Trudeau, Marie Lajeunesse and Sheila Casselman (Richard). Predeceased by her brothers and sisters-in-law Peg, Anne Campbell, Laura Lynch, Myles (Fran), Jack, Hubert, Ron (Thelma) and Kathleen (Bill). Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Rd (east of Bank) Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral service Tuesday to Holy Cross Church, 685 Walkley Rd for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
