Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Saint James Catholic Church for Mrs. Juanita Kerley Wilson, 82, Gadsden, who died Wednesday, April 3, 2013. Father Gray Bean will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Hill Memorial Park. Watson & Sons Funeral Home directing.Mrs. Wilson was born May 14, 1930, to the late Horace and Grace Kerley in Etowah County. She departed this life Wednesday, April 3, at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Annie Fearse; and two brothers, Horace Jr. William and Ralph Kerley.Juanita attended Carver High School and was a member of Saint James Catholic Church. For more than 30 years, she was employed by the Holy Name of Jesus Hospital, Dr. Grimes and Dr. Godfrey.She leaves to cherish her many memories, her children, Beverly Wilson Hickman, Delma (John) Smith, Howard Wilson, Donna Wilson, Timothy (Amy) Wilson and Carla Wilson, all of Gadsden, Emma Kerley, Virginia Clark, Helen Kerley, Lorraine Deramus, Mary (Nathan) Carter, Angela Reid, Josephine Kerley, Charles (Helen) Kerley, James Kerley and John (Annie) Kerley; special niece, Jan (Robert) Avery, Alice (James) Williams; special cousins, Jackie (Xavier) Davis, Melecia Pointer, Kathy Tuck and Sylvia Craig; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.Visitation will be from 5 to 7 this evening at Saint James Church.
