Miller, Joyce Gayle 64, of Port Richey, died Sunday, July 1, 2007, at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson. Born in Stratford, Okla., she moved here in 1996 from Glasgow, Ky. She earned an associate's degree from Western Kentucky University in 1996 and was a registered health information technologist. She was employed by HCA Health Information Management in Port Richey with 10 years of service. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Gary Norris; a sister, Loretta Click, Newton Falls, Ohio; a brother, Arnold Endicott, Old Towne; "Babies", Spencer, Chiana, Gimli, T.K.; niece & Nephew, Lititia Steiner and Bryan Steiner, nephews Ryan Steiner, Philip Risoldi, Jr., Kevin Gambill and Sarah and Kyera and several nieces and nephews.
