Loving father of Patricia, Mary Ellen, Joseph and Jane. Other survivors include sister Mary Jane Culotta, former wife Jacqueline (Mahoney) Hendrick; many nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends. Predeceased by sister Helen E. "Betty" Hayes. Mass of Christian Burial August 27, 2012, 10 a.m., St. Rose Church, Lima, followed by burial in St. Rose Cemetery.
