DAVIS John T. Davis, age 59, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. He was born in Bridgeport, September 12, 1949 to Louise (Moss) Davis and the late, John Thomas Davis. He was very handy and had been employed as an electroplater, auto mechanic and building maintenance manager. He was a member of Mt. Aery Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, left to cherish his memory are sons, John and James Davis; four grandchildren; brothers, Louis, Gerald, Melvin, Robert and David Davis; sisters, Marilyn Davis Herd and Doris Davis; in addition to a host of other family and friends. A funeral will be held at 12 noon. Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the funeral home with Rev. Anthony Bennett, Ph.D officiating. Friends may greet the family from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to George J.
