LAWTON John-Robert Passed away peacefully after a brief struggle with cancer on Monday, November 16, 1998 at the Oncology Ward of St. Mary's Hospital, Montreal. Husband of Maureen (Bailie). Loving father of Nancy (John Whyte), Arlene (Bill Kelly), Linda (Ken Sharo), Randy (Judy Donovan) and John (Linda Pilon). He leaves to mourn seven grandchildren. Dear brother of Eric, Margaret, Shirley and Tommy. Devoted companion of Scooter. Resting at the J.F. Wilson and Sons Funeral Home, 5784 Verdun Avenue. Service complete in the chapel Friday, November 20 at 2 p.m. Visitation Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
