John Edward Williams, 90, Clarksville, died Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at his residence.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Dr. Michael E. Willams officiating.Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel.McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.He was born August 21, 1920 in Montgomery County, TN and was preceded in death by his parents, Robert T. and Betty Ann Harned Williams; wife, Freda Estelle Cherry Williams.Mr. Williams was a retired Mechanic with Civil Service and later worked as a guard at Trane Company. He was a U.S. Army WWII Veteran.Survivors include his son, Dr. Michael E.
