Johannah Katrina Strunck Humphrey, 95, wife of the late Alvin Walker Humphrey, of 4 Reef Court, Salem, died Saturday, December 22, 2007.She was a member of Episcopal Church of the Ascension, the Keowee Key Ladies' Golf Association and Cannon Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.Mrs. Humphrey is survived by daughters, Jo-Anne Day and husband, Norman of Corpus Christi, Texas, Nancy Miles and husband, Dewitt of Salem, S.C.; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, January 18, 2008, from the Episcopal Church of the Ascension.A reception will follow the service in the fellowship hall.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Episcopal Church of the Ascension, 214 Northhampton Road, Seneca, SC 29672.
