Joann Williams a long-time resident of Mount Vernon passed away May 1, 2004 of a sudden illness. She was born on April 11, 1956 to Joseph and Adaline Williams. Joann is predeceased by her father Joseph and survived by her mother Adaline and her two brothers Craig and Maurice Williams. She will be missed by her uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
