SHEA Joan Elise (nee Galipeau), age 87, of Saddle Brook, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Raymond B. Shea. Loving mother of the late Bradley Shea, Barbara Bear (Gary), James Shea (Doris), Elizabeth Byrne (Lawrence) and David Shea (Dana). Dear grandmother of Raymond, Mary, Jianna, Nicholas and the late Daniel. Joan is predeceased by her sisters Doris Maurer and Eileen Baxter. She attended Columbia University and New York University (NYU) and graduated from Englewood Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Before retiring, Joan was a Nursing Supervisor at Daughters of Miriam Center in Clifton for over 25 years. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend visitation at Kugler Community Funeral Home, 311 Fifth Street, Saddle Brook on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 9-10 AM and Funeral Mass to immediately follow at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Saddle Brook at 10:30 AM.
