Jimmy Lee Davis Jimmy Lee Davis, 63, originally of Monticello, Fla., died in Miami, Fla., on Sept. 17, 2009. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. EDT Saturday, Sept. 26, at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church in Monticello, with burial at Groover Cemetery. Viewing/visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. EDT at TILLMAN FUNERAL HOME (850-997-5553) in Monticello, Fla. Mr. Davis was a custodian at Barry University in Miami before retiring.Survivors include his children, Shonda Davis, Jimmy Davis Jr., Gregory Davis and Jermaine Davis; brothers, Nathaniel Butler, Alphonza Davis and Eugene (Sherese) Butler; sisters, Mae Ola Byrd, Thelma Odom, Janie Butler, Josephine Williams, Mildred Butler and Catherine Butler; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
