Mr. Jerry Davis WELLFORD, SC-- Mr. Jerry Davis, 58, of 44 Charles Drive, passed on Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home after a long illness. A native of Spartanburg County, Mr. Davis was the husband of Mrs. Gail Chambers Davis and he was the son of the Late Mr. Etoy Davis and Mrs. Mary Pearson Davis. Mr. Davis worked as a custodian with Spartanburg County School District 5 ninth grade campus. Mr. Davis attended school system of Spartanburg County School District 5. Mr. Davis leaves to cherish fond memories; in addition to his wife; three daughters, Camealia Davis of Duncan, SC, Ashley and Tatiyana Davis both of Wellford, SC; one son, Etoy Davis of Inman, SC; five sisters, Bennie Whiteside, Frances Smith both of Charlotte, NC, Margaret Davis of Carnesville, NC, Jessie Styles of Wellford, SC, and Susie Moore of Highpoint, NC; three brothers, Leroy and Howard Davis both of Lexington, NC and Wilmer Davis of Wellford, SC; nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
