Jean E.Davis, 82, passed away on January 12, 2009 at Ridgecrest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in DeLand, Florida. Mrs. Davis was born in Pittsburgh, PA on January 20, 1926 to Lawrence and Sarah Harley Weyers. Jean was a member of The Orange City Methodist Church. She was an Office Manager and Accountant at Benline Process Color Outdoor Billboard Company, DeLand for 34 years. She came to Florida in 1951 from Pittsburgh, PA. Jean was an avid bowler and loved to travel, play cards and computer games. Survivors include Sandra and her husband, George Graves,DeLand, Patti and her husband, Ron Brady, Mayview, MO; a son, Mark and wife, Sue Davis, National City CA; a step-son, Thomas C. Davis Jr., Pittsburgh PA; granddaughter, Jill and husband, David Bosco, DeLand; two great-grandsons, Grant and Reid Bosco, both of DeLand. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 10 a.m. at The DeLand Memorial Garden, DeLand.
