->Paul, James Theodore IIAge 86 of Elmira, NY. He was born June 14, 1925 in Templeton, PA, son of the late James T. Paul and Marie Butler Paul Campbell and went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 27, 2012. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son James T. Paul III; sister Betty Cannon and brother John D. Paul. He is survived by his wife Lillian Paul of Corning; His legacy lives on in his children Diane Paul, Mildred Swan, Gary J. Paul, Ricky (Chris) Paul, Sandra (Edward) Brown and Bruce Paul all of Elmira, Sheila (Anthony) James of St. Louis, MO and Wayne (Vicky) Paul of Wyoming. He has 24 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews; special cousin Lucian Rollins and his special friends Ron Evans, Mark Fullwood and Ira Heyward. James was employed with the Pennsylvania Railroad at the age of 16. He was a WWII Veteran and retired from Corning, Inc in 1987 after 38 years. He coached Small Fry baseball, was an avid traveler and horse racing fan. In his earlier years, he was a serious semi-pro bowler in the NY State area. He was a loving father but most of all he loved his family and grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to his funeral service on Friday, June 1st at 12 noon in Resurrection Tabernacle, 964 Lake St., Elmira. Rev. Gerald Glover will officiate. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the family.
