Funeral for James “Jimmy” Rayburn Miller, 51, of Huntsville will be Friday, March 3, 2006, at 3:30 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold Coomer and the Rev. Barry Simprott officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Mr. Miller, who died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006, at UAB in Birmingham, was born July 15, 1954, in Colbert County to William Jesse Miller and Eula Lee Lamon Miller. He was employed by Filter Tech in Decatur and previously by Reese Lamon Enterprise in Birmingham for 25 years. He was a member of Austinville Church of God. Survivors include two sisters, Janice Newcomb of Meridianville and Jane Hamm of Tuscumbia; two aunts, Bertha Swatzell of Huntsville and Gwendolyn Lamon of Decatur; two uncles, Reese Lamon and Earl Lamon, both of Decatur; two nieces, Cristin Arledge of Meridianville and Tammy Hamm of Birmingham; and three nephews, Jeremy and Brent Newcomb, both of Meridianville, and Randy Hamm of Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
