James Edwards Bridgeton, NJ James Edwards, aka "Cadillac James", 89, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 4, 2015 at the Inspira Healthcare System, Vineland after a brief illness. Born in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Willie and Clara Edwards he was a retired construction worker of Local 222 and a member of the US Army from 1944-1946. James enjoyed fishing, and socializing. He was predeceased by his wife Emma Ruth (Gay) Edwards. Services will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 at EDWARDS AND SON FUNERAL HOMES 208 E. Commerce St. Bridgeton NJ at 11am where friends may view 1 hr prior to service. Interment will be held at the Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery.
