<!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->July 15, 1921-Jan. 8, 2015 Long-time resident of Mobile, Mr. Stuart died at his residence Wednesday night. He was born in Dallas, TX, and grew up in Birmingham, AL. He retired from JCPenney in 1993 after 25 years of service. He was a member and officer of the Gen. Walter E. Bare American Legion Post # 43 of Birmingham. He became a member of North Birmingham Lodge # 591 F&AM in 1943 and has been a member and officer of Howard Lodge # 69 F&AM of Mobile since 1973. He was also a member of the Mobile Genealogical Society. Mr. Stuart is survived by his wife of 71 years, Doris C. Stuart, one daughter, Anita S. Cink (Arnold) of Mobile and one son, Thomas A. Stuart (Linda) of Aurora, CO. Three grandchildren: William B. Cink, Lindsay M. Stuart and Alexander T. Stuart. Visitation will be from 1-2pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 prior to the service at 2pm, followed by graveside Masonic service. Special thanks from the family to the Gentiva Hospice team and especially to caregivers, Shauneka O'Field, Caneshia Burke, and Charletta Thomas.
