DAVIS, Jack D.Jack D. Davis, age 89, of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away on October 27, 2013. Jack was born on July 30, 1924 in Three Rivers, Michigan, to parents Delbert and Muriel Davis. Jack was a Florida resident since 1952. He was a Pilot during World War II serving as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Air Corps. Jack retired from the Farmer and Irwin Corporation after 28 years of service. A member of the Palm Beach Gardens Loyal Order of Moose, Jack received his Pilgrim Degree in 1973. Jack is survived by his wife, Frances; stepson, Mark Morris (Jill); daughter, Eleanor Manchester; grandchildren, Tami and Scott McGovern; several nieces and nephews. Friends may visit the family, at the Howard-Price Funeral Home, 754 US Hwy 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408 on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 10:00AM. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, West Palm Beach.
