MACDONALD _ Ian. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland March 28, 1938, resided in Deep Cove, North Vancouver. Known by his family as Grandad, a man full of magic and wonderment. He endured several years of poor health and Alzheimers. On Tuesday, January 16, 2007, Grandad died, his dignity intact...still free. Those who knew him - the seeker of fairies, catcher of starfish and weaver of tall tales - will miss him greatly. A Memorial Service to be held at Mount Seymour United Church, 1200 Parkgate Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C., Thursday, January 25 at 9:30 AM.
