RAMSAY Ian Charles 1919 - 2006 It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of our father, Ian Charles Ramsay. He leaves to mourn his passing, his lifelong companion and soul-mate, Eva Pearl Ramsay; his children, Dianne (Val) Smyth, Joanne (Roland) Harisch, John (Mary-Lou) Ramsay, and Doug (Julie) Ramsay.
