Loving father of William Armstrong and his wife Micheline, Diane Radke and her husband Rick and Marilyn Peltier and her husband Doug. Grandfather of Will and Jenna Peltier, Amanda Radke and Christina Hamelin. Great-grandfather of Madison and Morgan Hamelin. Former husband of Shirley Armstrong. Brother of Donald Armstrong and his wife Mabel. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Armstrong was a retired millwright with Ford Motor Company. Friends may call at the Walter D.
