CARTER, HOPE MARIE JAGGERS, 30, of Kingsport, TN, died Thursday, June 23, 2005, at her residence. She was a native of Louisville and had lived in Kingsport for 13 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Eric Matthew Carter; sons, Kodie Thomas Hayden and Kacey Matthew Carter of Kingsport; mother and stepfather, Cindy and Scott Herron of Kingsport; father and stepmother, William "Bill" and Debbie Jaggers of Louisville; brother, Joseph Jaggers of Louisville; half-brother, Wes Scarborough of Kings-port; stepsister, Leslie Graves of Denver, CO; stepbrother, Damian Graves of Macon, GA; and mother-in-law, Zella Carter of Kings-port. Her graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home.
