WILSON _ Helen Greta Helen Greta Wilson passed away on May 4, 2007 at the High River Hospital after a courageous fight with lung cancer. Born on April 12, 1930 she was welcomed into the home of Neil and Nellie Riley and grew up and spent her life up and down Willow Creek where she met and married Stan Wilson in 1950. She is immediately survived by her daughter Donna and her husband Mark, and her three sons, Morgan, Gordon, and Neil. Her daughters-in-law, Bonnie, Carolyn, Diane and Jan were among her closest friends and she was very proud of her grandchildren, Travis, Jason, Kris, Jennifer, Jackie, Andrea, Connie, Wade and Chrystal. She was proud to announce to anyone nearby that she was a Great-Grandmother to both Jason's son Colton and Connie's daughter Maya whom she was overjoyed to hold the day before she died. She leaves us to breathe free and join her maker and catch up with her husband Stan who left us in 2001. She will be sadly missed by her family and large circle of friends who are all invited to join for a Memorial Service at the Nanton Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 9, at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Jeff Enfield officiating. If desired memorial donations may be made to the High River Community Cancer Clinic, 560 - 9 Avenue S.W., High River, Alberta, T1V 1B3.
