MESQUITE, TX - Dr. Helen Smith Lee, 48, of Mesquite, formerly of Sparta, GA, died September 7, 2005 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Angelo Lee, Jr.; two sons, Thomas Ahmad and Justin Jamal Lee; four brothers, James Michael Smith, Jay Clifford Smith, William Blaine Smith and David Mark Smith and one sister, Gina Michelle Smith Wilson.
