Smith and Sons, with Rev. John Hatley officiating, and Amanda Timby will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.Helen Lorraine Sanderson Green, daughter of William H. and Ethel Ines Sanderson, was born in Hardin County TN on February 16, 1929. She graduated in 1948 from North Side High School. From there, she went to West Tennessee Business College, and worked as a legal secretary.She married W.L. "Bodie" Green on March 16, 1952. She was a devoted wife and amazing mother to her three children. She was an active member of her church as a choir member and Sunday School teacher. She was a loving grandmother to her 7 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.She went to be with her Lord on May 16, 2012 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Earl Irene Sanderson, Opal Finley, Dorothy Kirby and brothers, Freeman Sanderson and David Sanderson.She is survived by her husband, Bodie and her three children, Fred Green, Jeannie Tignor (Alan), Laura Bozza (Billy). Also by her seven grandchildren, Amanda Timby, Elaine Harris, Beth Anne Forsythe, Michael Tignor, Lee Green, Ali Bozza, and Kathryn Green; six great- grandchildren and her sisters, Edna Meadows, Laverne Sipes and Betty Hubbell.Visitation with the Green Family will be on Friday, May 18, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., at the North Chapel of George A.
