Obituary of Harold Goodwin


GOODWIN, Mr. Harold ""Doug"", age 82, a resident of Titus, Alabama died Wednesday, March 1, 2006. Funeral services will be held Satur-day, March 4, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Vickers, Rev. Malcom Fulcher, and Rev. Sara Shaver offici-ating. Interment will follow in Green-wood Cemetery with Ellison Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing. Mr. Goodwin is survived by his wife of 59 years, Robbie V. Goodwin; son, Jerold D. (Donna) Goodwin of Eclectic, AL; daughter, Deborah Goodwin of Birmingham, AL; grandson, David (Jennifer) Good-win; great-granddaughter, Kodi Goodwin; great-grandson, Johnda-vid Douglas Goodwin, all of Greensboro, AL; and a host of other family members and friends. Pall-bearers will be David Goodwin, Gary Teel, Ronnie Strickland, Terry Eggiman, Bill Calmer, Darrel Vick-ers, Ricky Brantley, and Mike Vick-ers. Honorary pallbearers will be Carl & Martha Russell, Mable Robin-son, Sarah Brinkley, Margie Money, Thelma Crossley, and the Inez Wait-es Sunday school class. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM un-til 8:00 PM Friday at Ellison Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Odyssey Hospice of Montgomery, 700 Interstate Park - Suite 705, Montgomery, AL 36109.
