Gloria Faye Clark March 1, 1937- July 25, 2014 Smiths Station, AL- Gloria "Faye" Clark , 77 of Smiths Station, Alabama passed away Friday, July 25, 2014 at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. ET Monday July 28, 2014 at Smiths Station Baptist Church with Rev. David Kees officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4;00pm until 6:00pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Clark was born March 1, 1937 in Phenix City, Alabama. She is the daughter of the late Edward Clayton and Nellie Tarvin Hammock. She was a member of Smiths Station Baptist Church for more than 50 years where she was a member of the Fidelis Sunday School Class and the W.M.U. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Odell Clark. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Wright and husband Larry of Louisville, KY, Pat Goss and husband Lonnie and Jan Clark all of Smiths Station, AL, grandchildren, Chris Downing and wife Krista, Christi Jackson and husband Ben, Bradley Wright and wife Heather, Zac Fincher, Amanda Monaghan and husband Brian, great grandchildren, Jared, Paige, Brady, Lucas, Catherine, Riley, Nathaniel, Brianna, Selena, Skylar and Miranda.
